He retired as a Chief Master Sergeant, bought, sold and rented with his family thirteen times; has lived in every time zone in the nation and was stationed overseas in Germany for five years. Matt earned his BSBA degree in Human Resource management (Magna Cum Laude), is a certified sales coach and has decades of experience in negotiating, management, leadership, problem solving, conflict resolution and building teams. Matt is a certified Military Relocation Professional and is on the Associate Leadership Council at Keller Williams Heritage.
